Vaapi stopped working after updating intel-gmmlib. A rebuild of intel-media-driver solved the issue.

Can confirm, VAPPI is not working after the update

I also checked and the VAAPI didn't work after the update.

I also have same problem.
A workaround is downgrading intel-gmmlib package.
