I think this could be resolved by adding `CXXFLAGS=${CXXFLAGS/-Wp,-D_GLIBCXX_ASSERTIONS}` like the arch chromium package [does](https://github.com/archlinux/svntogit-packages/blob/831399628dade295e0212322a913758dc6831573/trunk/PKGBUILD#L186)?

Still an issue in electron 18.0.3-1

The devtool won't freeze on "Console" page, but freezes when switch to "Elements" or "Sources" page. And error message remains the same.
