Description:

Starting Paraview complains with

paraview: symbol lookup error: /opt/paraview/lib/libvtkfides.so.1: undefined symbol: _ZN6adios25ADIOS9DeclareIOENSt7__cxx1112basic_stringIcSt11char_traitsIcESaIcEEE

Additional info:
* package version(s): adios2-2.8.0 and paraview-5.10.1-3
* config and/or log files etc.
* link to upstream bug report, if any

Steps to reproduce: Try and launch paraview with the latest repo versions.

P.S. Thank you so much for fixing  FS#61594 ! Building paraview is quite a pain and that's a huge load off my mind!

Same issue with other binaries, e.g. pvpython:

Seems there is paraview-5.10.1-4 in staging due to a different rebuild: https://archlinux.org/todo/pdal-24-rebuild/
