Details

On boot, restart or wake from sleep the system boots into the KDE desktop with one screen with the selected background and one blank, black screen. The blank screen is active, i.e. you can drag windows onto it and can right click to see menus, but the background and panels don't show up. If you open display settings and disable the blank monitor, click accept and then reject changes it appears as normal.
