Hello,

After playing for a few seconds with gimp, trying to save a jpg, I get a crash :

[me@myhost ~]$ gimp
The program 'gimp' received an X Window System error.
This probably reflects a bug in the program.
The error was 'RenderBadPicture (invalid Picture parameter)'.
(Details: serial 343997 error_code 176 request_code 155 minor_code 7)
(Note to programmers: normally, X errors are reported asynchronously;
that is, you will receive the error a while after causing it.
To debug your program, run it with the --sync command line
option to change this behavior. You can then get a meaningful
backtrace from your debugger if you break on the gdk_x_error() function.)
[me@myhost ~]$
(script-fu:5453): LibGimpBase-WARNING **: script-fu: wire_read(): error

Didi you do nan systemupdate since that crash. And If, was there a new cairo version coming down?
I remember Jan reverting it due to openoffice crashes. The issue might be related.

Make you don't still have libx11-1.1.2-1 on your system. It's been forced back to 1.1.1-4 by me for making Gimp work again as a sole reason.

I will add a fixed version of libx11 1.1.2 to testing just now. Please report. :)

Any news on that, other wise I will just close it.
And thanks Alex for taking care of it!
