Detailsfox's (http://www.archlinux.org/packages/3580/) url has change to http://fox-toolkit.net . also its out of date but that aint a bug :P

No, this is not correct. Both fox-toolkit.org and fox-toolkit.com refer to the official FOX homepage. fox-toolkit.net is the FOX Community webpage which provides the wiki. Thus, the url in the package (fox-toolkit.org) is correct. So this bug report may be closed.
