Details
Description: Upon boot this package causes "dependency
failed for [insert local filesystem]" and the system won't
proceed to boot. This usually happens in dual boot with
Windows but I removed the Windows and it's still happening,
though not as often, so the presence of Windows is probably
not relevant as I thought. Also, dowgrading to previous
version doesn't work. The only solution was to downgrade to
the oldest possible version - 2.02.183-2.
Additional info: * package version(s) * config and/or log files etc. * link to upstream bug report, if any Steps to reproduce: 1. With this package installed shutdown the computer (OR run any Windows) for an hour or so. 2. Boot up the computer and choose to run Arch Linux. 3. Observe the pretty green [ OK ] messages get ugly with messages such as "dependency failed for /media/1000GB". |
