Description:
[python-etesync] has been discontinued, forked into etebase-py.[1]
[vdirsyncer] has dropped support for etesync (commit: 5 Oct 2021).[2]

Request:
* Please remove optdepends=python-etesync in [vdirsyncer].
* (optional) Drop [python-etesync] to AUR, no Arch repo dependents, it's a legacy library now.
