DetailsWhen the user attempts to reboot during critical phases of the execution of the DKMS hook, recovering the installation of that module can become quite a challenge. Therefore, I think it would be useful if the hook would inhibit shutdown during these phases (for example using Systemd's inhibitor mechanism) in order to reduce the chance of this occurring.

pacman upgrades are critical. Wouldn't it be better if the whole upgrade phase was inhibited?
