Description:
It seems the development on this library ceased in 2011.
Nothing in Arch repo depends on it now.
I couldn't find current consumers of it on AUR via Google search.
A few earlier AUR consumers (spotify, icaclient, bin32-firefox, acroread)
have dropped this as a dependency in 2015.

Netscape Plugin Application Programming Interface (NPAPI):

"NPAPI support among major browsers started to wane since 2015 and it was gradually deprecated over the last years.[1] With the advent of HTML5, all major web browsers have removed support for 3rd party NPAPI plugins for security reasons.[1] There are some smaller browsers such as Pale Moon and Waterfox Classic that still support NPAPI plugins."

Oracle has deprecated and removed the Java Applet API, which was its
NPAPI client interface, in 2021:

I've checked: Pale Moon and Waterfox do not need [nspluginwrapper].
