Description:
Programs that use OpenAL cannot get an audio device because wireplumber cannot get a device from pipewire-pulse.

A way to reproduce:
* Install and launch Minecraft
* The game stays at a black screen for an unexpectedly long amount of time

The game doesn't have audio and `AL lib: (EE) ALCpulsePlayback_connectStream: Stream did not get ready: Timeout` is logged to stdout
