Description: Most files I try to run fpcalc on fail with an error:

ERROR: Error decoding audio frame (End of file)

The results are still returned, but because the program returns an error code programs like Picard think the command fails. Could this possibly be related to the FFmpeg 5.0 upgrade?

* Download attached file
* Run fpcalc on it: fpcalc fpcalc.wav
   fpcalc.wav (1.11 MiB)

Just to verify, I built this package against ffmpeg4.4 and the errors do not appear. My guess it the FFmpeg 5.0 patch in 1.5.1-2 is broken or not complete in some way.
