Description:
Current VirtualBox packahes doesn't include the vbox-img tool, as seen in all other Linux distributions.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Install VirtualBox (community/virtualbox)
2. Run: "vbox-img"
3. Go to https://archlinux.org/packages/community/x86_64/virtualbox/
4. Click on "View the file list for virtualbox"
4. Search for "vbox-img" within the web page

Expected result:
The program fails to run and prints out program usage information.
The search highlights an item like "usr/bin/vbox-img"

Actual result:
The command is not found nor run.
The web page doesn't contain any reference to "vbox-img".
