Hi, I'd like to request a new tier 2 mirror location (Austria) for kescher.at to be added to the mirrorlist. Depending on the traffic numbers, I may consider applying for tier 1 in the future as well (but not for now).

- Mirror domain name: kescher.at (there is a German mirror under this domain already)
- Geographical location of the mirror: Vienna, Austria
- URLs for supported access methods:

https: https://at.arch.mirror.kescher.at/
rsync: rsync://at.arch.mirror.kescher.at/mirror/arch/

http will only redirect to https, therefore no service under http.

- Available bandwidth: Up to 2.5 Gbps

AT mirror is syncing from rsync://ftp.halifax.rwth-aachen.de/archlinux/.
DE mirror is now syncing from rsync://at.arch.mirror.kescher.at/mirror/arch/, falling back to RWTH Aachen when there are errors. This is done to avoid double-syncing from the same tier 1, while still having a similar sync status.
