Although Perl is commonly installed I think it should be added as a dependency as snmpd won't run without it.

Without perl installed it produces this error:
/usr/bin/snmpd: error while loading shared libraries: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Additional info:
* package version(s)
net-snmp 5.9.1-3

Steps to reproduce:
Install net-snmp on a system that doesn't have perl installed.
