Details

Tor now provides a proxy, based on WebRTC to circumvent censorship:
https://gitlab.torproject.org/tpo/anti-censorship/pluggable-transports/snowflake

It can be run in any browser with an extension or a special webpage (https://snowflake.torproject.org/embed).

But it would be a nice option to start Snowflake proxy on a server as a standalone application, without browser.
