Description:
When clicking on the "change display scaling" shortcut button in the fonts section of kde system settings menu, it shows an error "Could not load plugin from home/rob/kcms/home/rob/kcm_kscreen.desktop: The shared library was not found"

kscreen package version 5.24.1-1
Kernel 5.16.10

Steps to reproduce:

Open System Settings in Plasma desktop
Click Appearance, the Fonts
Change the force font dpi option and the "Change Display Scaling" shortcut button should appear
Click "Change Display Scaling" button and the error should appear
