When this bug is being opened and likely for at least a hour before that, “mirror.telkomuniversity.ac.id” experiences some desynchronization between extra.db, package files and directory index for extra.

“extra.db” contains “pipewire-1:0.3.47-1”.
Directory lists “pipewire-alsa-1:0.3.47-2-x86_64.pkg.tar.zst”.
The server returns 404 for both “pipewire-alsa-1:0.3.47-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.zst” and “pipewire-alsa-1:0.3.47-2-x86_64.pkg.tar.zst”.

Not “pipewire-alsa-…” but “pipewire-…”: I copied the names wrong while opening the task. The report still holds for pipewire:
