Description: The HP Spectre x360 Convertible 14-ea0xxx uses the ALC245 codec and the mute LED does not work.

Similar devices have enabled the LED by changing the VREF of the 0x1B node but this does not work for this laptop.

@Johnc456: Thanks for the report.

I don't think this is a packaging bug. Have you tried to communicate this issue with the ALSA upstream or asked on the relevant kernel mailing list?

@dvzrv - I think this is very probably an ALSA bug, I raised it a while back and was asked to raise it via my distro kernel maintainer. Should I try and raise a bug directly against ALSA?
