Description:
After upgraded transmission-cli to 3.00-3 version, I get "Error: invalid or corrupt torrent file" message when try to add a torrent file. Downgrade to 3.00-2, with same torrent file works fine. Maybe the external dependencies cause this problem?

Additional info:
* package version(s): transmission-cli-3.00-3

Steps to reproduce:
$ transmission-remote -a Something.torrent -w /path/torrent
Error: invalid or corrupt torrent file

For example this torrent file not works for me: (removed legally dubious link)

Interesting, as I see some torrent file works with transmission-cli-3.00-3, some not.
