i don't know if this is intentional, but it seems that alsa is missing the configuration of plugins path in environment variables

/etc/profile.d/alsa.sh:
export ALSA_PLUGINS_PATH=/usr/lib/alsa-lib/

without this set alsa plugins don't work.

alsa-plugins is not in official repos please bug the aur maintainer about it, thanks.
