not saying what package you mean makes it hard to assign the bug to someone. guess it's mplayer.

This is a bug in libgl-dri. If you run mplayer with nvidia-utils, there is no libxdamage dep. libgl-dri dependencies have to be fixed. Reassigning to Alexander.
