DetailsSomewhere in the last few releases the `mmctl` binary has gone missing. We're avoiding a binary download during build, but somehow we've also stopped building and packaging it at all.

I don't know when I got the idea that was in the same package, but I just happened to have it installed on the same server. I'm going to migrate the AUR package to [community].
