DetailsDescription:
After upgrading system today (Feb 16th 2022) (previous upgrade was done on Dec 13th 2021) I couldn't run a lot of binaries any more (including all web browsers). Turns out there occurs a segfault in llvm. Stack trace of thread 1965: #0 0x00007f3233ee9013 n/a (libLLVM-13.so + 0x2801013) #1 0x00007ffd00000004 n/a (n/a + 0x0) ELF object binary architecture: AMD x86-64 I downgraded both llvm and llvm-libs to version 13.0.0-6 (from 13.0.1-1) and that solved the issue. Steps to reproduce: * install llvm-libs and llvm 13.0.1-1 * run firefox, thunderbird, brave, chromium (or probably any other program that uses llvm) Happy to provide any additional info (not sure where to start), but here is some: * Linux x 5.16.9-arch1-1 #1 SMP PREEMPT Fri, 11 Feb 2022 22:42:06 +0000 x86_64 GNU/Linux * attached output of "journalctl" as "syslog.tmp" |

Thanks for looking into it.
You can also just leave the issue closed if that's better.
