With `glibc-2.35-2`, if `C.UTF-8` is specified in
`/etc/locale.gen`, then `locale-gen` command produces the
following error:
``` C.UTF-8...failed to set locale! [error] LC_MONETARY: value for field `mon_decimal_point' must not be an empty string done ``` It looks like the locale is generated anyway, but also it looks like [1]. It is expected to be fixed by [2]. Please consider backporting. Thanks.
