Detailslirc 1:0.10.1-11 fails to build with [testing] enabled. See attached log. The solution is to apply the attached patch by Alec Leamas, the LIRC developer. It was taken from the Fedora lirc package: https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/rpminfo?rpmID=29054059
