stlink and pyocs ship the same udev files

python-pyocd: /usr/lib/udev/rules.d/49-stlinkv2-1.rules exists in filesystem (owned by stlink)
python-pyocd: /usr/lib/udev/rules.d/49-stlinkv2.rules exists in filesystem (owned by stlink)
python-pyocd: /usr/lib/udev/rules.d/49-stlinkv3.rules exists in filesystem (owned by stlink)

old pyocd from [AUR] not provide that files
