DetailsDescription: The PKGBUILD file within the python-idna package does not copy the license file into /usr/share/licenses.
Additional info: * package version(s) : 3.3-3 Python version: 3.10.2-1 Looking here: https://github.com/archlinux/svntogit-packages/blob/packages/python-idna/trunk/PKGBUILD The line within the PKGBUILD which installs this license file has been commented out (and was also confirmed by checking the subversion repo as well). This appears to have been changed when the package was upgraded to 3.0-1 (commit message: "upgpkg: python-idna 3.0-1") Steps to reproduce: Use pacman to install python-idna (or any package which uses it as a dependency). Look in /usr/share/licenses, there will be no python-idna directory. |
