The mirror https://download.nus.edu.sg/mirror/archlinux/ is out of sync but showed 100% sync on mirrorlist page. Steps to reproduce: 1. change the mirror to https://download.nus.edu.sg/mirror/archlinux/ 2. use pacman to install package `starship`. 3. the expected version is 1.3 but instead get 1.2.1-1 |

Read the top of the mirrorlist page, see what 100% means.
