Description:
Wireplumber wont start because module-route-settings-api was dropped in 0.4.8

from upstream release notes:
The route-settings-api module was dropped in favor of dealing with json natively in Lua, now that the API exists

Additional info:

* config and/or log files etc.
Failed to open module /usr/lib/wireplumber-0.4/libwireplumber-module-route-settings-api: /usr/lib/wireplumber-0.4/libwireplumber-module-route-settings-api.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

One can fix this issue by copying default wireplumber configs from /usr/share/wireplumber to ~/.config/wireplumber.

I dont know exactly which file is causing a problem.

I guess this one is my fault as I copied /usr/share/wireplumber/* to ~/.config/wireplumber.
