Details

KDE settings not able to save any user data, email, picture, admin

It pops out that permissions to save are not available. It des not pop up for credentials.

KDE Plasma: 5.23.5 Framework 5.90.0

This only happens on Arch , same KDE Version on openSUSE works fine.
