Description:
When i suspend laptop to RAM, go from home to office, connect it to ethernet in office and resume the laptop, it does not know to restart DHCP and acquire address from my office network, because it "never" lost the ethernet link (while being awake). So i have to reconnect manualy.

It can be solved by putting following execuable script file
/lib/systemd/system-sleep/networkmanager
And i think it should be part of the networkmanager package by default.

case "${1}" in
resume|thaw)
sudo service network-manager restart
;;
