Description:
The player 'mpv' v 1.0 loads tesseract 4 libraries, but the latest version of tesseract is v5 and breaks the program.

After updating tesseract from v4 to v5(latest) you'll get the message:

"mpv: error while loading shared libraries: libtesseract.so.4: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory"

mpv does not depend on tesseract, in fact I don't even have it installed and I can launch mpv just fine. Are you sure you're not using another mpv package?

Actually, some ffmpeg packages on AUR requires it, perhaps that's where your errors are coming from?

Oh, i am using ffmpeg-full(AUR) which is linking against tesseract. Not mpv fault. My mistake, sorry.
