This makes pacman -Rs python-dnspython fail. Afaik a
dependency should not be both required and optional.

Similar question for python-markdown. Why is in the dep list?
should't both of them be just in the make list, with
python-dnspython optional cause of AD setup?
Perhaps namcap and/or makepkg could check for duplicates in
dep/optdep.
