As stated in https://github.com/tree-sitter/tree-sitter/issues/1614 the library and the cli don't necessarely are in the same version.
I think that there should be two packages out there, tree-sitter for library and tree-sitter-cli for cli.

Every 0.20.x release has had the CLI and lib bumped in tandem. Will try to keep this in mind for the future.

Yes, most times are bumped together. v0.20.6 is an example, and v0.20.4 is a counterexample. By the way, this is not critical, just keeping in mind is enough.
Maybe releasing a v0.20.x-2 would be another reasonable solution.
