DetailsDescription: After switching to kernel 5.16 or 5.16.1, the screen flickers when the mouse moves close to the left edge of the screen on GNOME wayland session, and the refresh rate option is missing in the GNOME Settings -> Displays. The issues disappeared after switched to 5.15.13 stable or 5.15.14+ LTS given every other package keeps the same version.
Additional info: * package version: linux 5.16.arch1-1, linux 5.16.1.arch1-1 Steps to reproduce: Find a device with kernel 5.16.x running on iRiS Xe graphics integrated in a TigerLake processor and login GNOME Wayland session and move the mouse close to the left edge of the panel. |

Kernel 5.17.1 released but there is still no refresh rate section in gnome control center at Display options.
