Description:
When trying to export to glTF, the option for compression is missing, this issue was discussed here in the forums:

According to the forum and the first bug report, downloading directly from the blender site works.

Steps to reproduce:
- install blender
- got to file > export > glTF 2.0
- Settings do not include compression (should be found under geometry)
