Description:

The install file of pcsx2-1.7.2243-1 tries to set capabilites on a nonexisting file. The main binary used to be `usr/bin/PCSX2` and has changed to `usr/bin/pcsx2` in the latest version.

Had pushed a fix a few minutes after realising I had to change it, it should already be deployed.
