Description:
There are some kernel process that uses a lot of cpu power after upgrading to linux 5.16. Namely,
- kworker/events_unbond
- kworker/events_power_efficient
See the attached files for demsg output and htop screenshot.

Steps to reproduce:
Boot up the system and watch the htop output
