Description: Intermittently sound in VLC after pausing for a few
minutes.

Additional info:
* vlc-3.0.16-6
* no config

Steps to reproduce: It is necessary to pause for a few minutes and then
continue and the sound will play intermittently but after 1–2 seconds it
plays fine. If pause it and continue almost immediately then everything
is fine.

On 2 PC this has appeared for a long time (> 2-3 months ago), I also
asked in the chat and one person also observed this.

I can't reproduce this issue. But either way, it very much sounds and feels like a regular upstream issue rather than packaging problems. I'd suggest you try to report this issue upstream, potentially even provide videos with debug output about which decoder etc is used while this happens.
