Summary and Info:
According to the wiki [1] the ISC and OFL licenses are also special cases and should be recognized by the vim syntax as such.

Steps to Reproduce:
Write `license=('ISC')` or `license=('OFL')` in a PKGBUILD -> Will generate a syntax error
