Description:
The upstream source for the pcre package has changed according to https://pcre.org/. There's now an *unofficial* SourceForge mirror at https://sourceforge.net/projects/pcre/files/.

Apologies, I think the architecture should be modified to x86_64. Also, attaching a screenshot of the download failing.
