Description:

Trying to PXE boot an arch ISO image (particularly SystemRescueCD 8.07 which is based on arch) on a laptop with a USB ethernet device. It appears that ipconfig starts before link is up on the device and so the DHCP request is never sent. ipconfig should retry a couple of times.
