Description:
Julia 1.7.1-3 crashes with a segmentation fault with the latest curl 7.81.0-1 when running network-related code. For instance, `julia -e 'using Pkg; Pkg.update()'` which updates Julia packages results in a segmentation fault. Downgrading curl to 7.80.0-1 fixes the issue.
