Details

Description:
persepolis fails to start after installing.

Additional info:

* package version(s) persepolis 3.2.0-7

* config and/or log files etc. no configs changed running as default from install



Steps to reproduce:
install persepolis
starting it fails, open it from terminal shows:

```
import pkg_resources
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'pkg_resources'
```

Module pkg_resources is part of python-setuptools
