Description:

Lost _grc install in zsh/site-functions, it will lead auto-complete in zsh is broken.

This is processed in install, but condition of upstream is too ugly, and lead not to install in Arch, https://github.com/garabik/grc/blob/master/install.sh#L29-L33

This fixed in https://github.com/garabik/grc/pull/84
