Description:
I'm attempting to use dnf from Ansible. Whilst the rpm repo listings are easily created in the appropriate place to allow dnf to create it's database. I can't see how to put the gpg keys where they are supposed to be without attempting to do the stupid thing of running dnf in ArchLinux.

What is the preferred method on ArchLinux? Would you mind creating a basic page on the wiki.

Just to be clear: I'm running "dnf --installroot=blah .." from within Arch Linux Ansible.

Additional info:
* package version(s)
* config and/or log files etc.
* link to upstream bug report, if any

Steps to reproduce:
1. dnf --installroot=blah .. install <rpm package>

Fails with can't find "/etc/pki/rpm-gpg/rpm-gpg-key-fedora-35-x86_64"
