Details

`cura-resources-materials` should be a hard depend, not optdepend. It is listed as 'FDM Material database', but without it, there's no way to even create a profile, the UI is broken.

Settings -> Profile:
* with the dep https://imgur.com/a/a4u08wV
* without https://i.imgur.com/xbsCwD0.png

Note the lack of custom profiles I've created even before I had the dep, they just do not show up without it.
