Description:
After updating systemd to 250-1, alsactl won't work as usual.
manul do alsa-restore.service steps, shows error:
$ sudo alsactl store
alsactl: state_lock:129: file /var/lib/alsa/asound.state lock error: No such file or directory
$ sudo alsactl restore
alsactl: state_lock:129: file /var/lib/alsa/asound.state lock error: No such file or directory
alsactl: load_state:1689: Cannot open /var/lib/alsa/asound.state for reading: No such file or directory
alsa-lib main.c:1412:(snd_use_case_mgr_open) error: failed to import hw:0 use case configuration -2

Additional info:
* systemd 250-1
* alsa default config. Trid reinstall alsa-utils, rm asound.state & build new one. alsactl -L store/restore.

Steps to reproduce:
just use alsactl store/restore.

This was discussed in https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/73171 and should be fixed in systemd 250-3 (currently in testing repo).
