Detailsthis bug has been reported upstream at: https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-99447
as per the discussion there, it's been fixed upstream and it doesn't affect qt6, although current qt5-base on arch linux is affected. there's a patch referenced there (https://codereview.qt-project.org/c/qt/qtbase/+/327425). i tried compiling qt from the PKGBUILD appending that patch and it works. what's the process to get it into arch's qt5? let me know if you need any more info! |
